Jaanihanso No.12 Vintage 2017 is a hand crafted sparkling wine from 100% fresh farm pressed Estonian apples. Bottle fermented for many months.
Golden cider with fine long-lasting bubbles. Completely dry with above average body, and with ample fruitiness from real apples. The naturally born bubbles are elegant and complement the intensity of the palate perfectly. Long aftertaste with some gentle apple skin bitterness.
Goes well with white meat dishes, especially when accompanied by a creamy sauce. Best when served at +8C in medium sized white wine glass.
