Jaanihanso Doux is a hand crafted sweet cider from 100% fresh farm pressed Estonian apples. The juice is pressed on site and wild yeast is used for the primary fermentation. Bottle fermented according to traditional champagne method. Golden cider with fine longlasting bubbles. Dry, with a lot of fruitiness and plenty of gentle bitterness from those late winter apples. The naturally born bubbles are elegant and complement the palate perfectly. Suitable for fancy parties as well as for lazy summer picnics. Best at +8 from white wine glass.
