Quince Naturel Cider
Fermented from crushed and pressed Nordic flowering quinces together with Estonian apples. Primary fermentation is carried out with wild yeast, allowing both fruit and quince character to develop naturally over time.
After a long fermentation and secondary pressing, the cider is cold-matured. Gentle carbonation is added before canning, preserving freshness and lift without masking the natural structure.
The result is a bright and expressive cider with citrusy, floral, and lightly tannic notes. The acidity of flowering quince combines with the world’s best Estonian apples to create a pleasantly tart bouquet — fresh and vivid, like a summer sunrise in Mukri bog.
