Nearly a decade ago, our very first hopped cider claimed the top prize at the world’s premier cider competition. Hopped Naturel Non-Alcoholic Cider brings that same refined flavour profile into a low-alcohol form.
The process begins with cider fermented with wild yeast, which is then carefully distilled to remove most of the alcohol. Fresh apple juice, water, and Simcoe hops are added to restore balance, texture, and aromatic clarity.
The result is a smooth, elegant cider with delicate hop aromatics and fresh apple character. Dry-leaning, precise, and crafted without preservatives, it offers a thoughtful alternative for moments when alcohol is not desired.
