Description

Extra Brut – Traditional Method Cider (375 ml) is produced by Jaanihanso in Estonia using the traditional (champagne) method. Primary fermentation is carried out with wild yeast, followed by a second fermentation in bottle and aging on lees. The half-bottle format offers the same dry, precise Extra Brut expression in a more compact size.

Extra Brut — lightly dosed at 5 g/l, emphasising freshness and structure.

Traditional (champagne) method with a second fermentation in bottle, following a primary fermentation carried out with wild yeast. Disgorged after aging on lees.

Made exclusively from carefully selected Estonian apples.
