Brut Nature 2014 – Traditional Method Cider
Limited edition traditional method cider from the 2014 vintage, made in brut nature style with no dosage added at disgorgement. Aged on the lees for 10 years — for depth, precision, and fine texture.
This is the cider we dreamed of making when we first began pressing apples at Jaanihanso, long after finishing our other work in the evenings. Ten years later, it is finally ready.
A special jubilee batch from 2014 has matured on the lees in bottle for 105 months, becoming our first Brut Nature cider. Made from carefully selected Estonian apples, it reflects both the character of the vintage and the patience behind its making.

Brut nature — no dosage added.
Method
Traditional (champagne) method with a second fermentation in bottle, following a primary fermentation carried out with wild yeast. Disgorged after 10 years on lees.
Aging
105 months on lees.
