Rheum Naturel is made from an equal blend of naturally fermented fresh pink rhubarb juice and apple cider. Primary fermentation is carried out with wild yeast, allowing both the sharp clarity of rhubarb and the depth of long-matured apple cider to develop naturally.
The refreshing sourness and mineral tension of rhubarb are softened by the roundness of the apple base. After fermentation, the cider is gently carbonated, preserving freshness and lift while maintaining a clean, precise profile.
Rheum Naturel is medium-dry, vibrant, and distinctly northern in character, combining clarity, acidity, and balance in a refreshing expression.
