Été is made from a blend of rhubarb, summer apples, and blackcurrants, chosen for their natural brightness and gentle acidity. The result is a fresh, lightly coloured rosé with restrained fruitiness and moderate alcohol, designed to be uplifting rather than heavy.
Produced using the traditional (champagne) method, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in bottle, giving it fine, elegant bubbles that support the freshness of the fruit rather than dominating it. Sugar and alcohol are kept deliberately in check, allowing the drink to remain light, expressive, and easy to enjoy.
