Rosé – Traditional Method Cider (750 ml) is produced by Jaanihanso in Estonia using the traditional (champagne) method. Fermented in bottle and aged on lees, it is finished with a dosage of 21 g/l, resulting in a fresh, expressive rosé style with moderate alcohol.

Method
Traditional (champagne) method with a second fermentation in bottle, following a primary fermentation carried out with wild yeast. Disgorged after aging on lees.
