Magnum Extra Brut Cider Vintage 2015
Traditional (champagne) method cider produced by Jaanihanso in Estonia and bottled in magnum format. Fermented in bottle and aged on lees since January 2016, it was disgorged in 2025 after 9 years of maturation, with a final dosage of 5 g/l.

Extra Brut — lightly dosed at 5 g/l, retaining a dry, precise profile.
Method
Traditional (champagne) method with a second fermentation in bottle, following a primary fermentation carried out with wild yeast. Disgorged in 2025 after 9 years on lees.
Apples
Made from carefully selected Estonian apples, fermented to preserve freshness, balance, and varietal character.
Aging
Aged on lees for 9 years. The magnum format allows for slower, more even maturation, enhancing integration, texture, and balance.
