Alongside apple, honey, and flowering quince, rowanberry brings its characteristic bitterness and plentiful tannins, adding structure, depth, and a distinctly Nordic edge. The result is a wine that balances autumnal character with a cheeky, lively freshness.
Produced using the traditional method, this sparkling wine has spent over three years ageing on lees, developing complexity and precision while retaining clarity and energy. Dry, tannic, and layered, it is a natural companion to food — yet equally compelling on its own.
