Description
HQ Brut is a bottle-fermented sparkling wine made from fresh apples, flowering quince, and local honey. Produced using the traditional (champagne) method, it expresses a distinctly Nordic profile — structured, vibrant, and suited to the table.
Primary fermentation is carried out with wild yeast, followed by a second fermentation in bottle. The inclusion of flowering quince brings marked acidity and aromatic lift, giving the wine precision and drive.
Finished with a dosage of 15 g/l, HQ remains firmly gastronomic rather than sweet. The balance between acidity, texture, and subtle richness makes it a festive yet serious sparkling wine, designed to work with food.
