Method
Traditional (champagne) method with a second fermentation in bottle, following a primary fermentation carried out with wild yeast. Disgorged after aging on lees.

Made exclusively from carefully selected Estonian apples.

Aged on lees to soften texture and integrate fruit and sweetness.
