Rosé – Traditional Method Cider (375 ml) is produced by Jaanihanso in Estonia using the traditional (champagne) method. The half-bottle format offers the same fresh rosé expression, aged on lees and finished with a dosage of 21 g/l, in a more compact size.

Rosé — lightly dosed at 21 g/l, with a fresh, fruit-forward and approachable profile.
Method
Traditional (champagne) method with a second fermentation in bottle, following a primary fermentation carried out with wild yeast. Disgorged after aging on lees.
Aging
Aged on lees to soften the texture and integrate fruit and sweetness.
