Cider is traditionally a summer drink. We wanted to see what happens to our bottle fermented natural Estonian cider when we add a tiny bit of the most favorite Christmas-time spices. The result is a refreshingly bubbly drink with a subtle hint of apple pie and cardamom bun, making you smile involuntarily when you sense it. While we wait for summer this Christmas Cider helps us to enjoy the Winter to the fullest.
