Description
No:12 Brut is a traditional (champagne) method cider made from 100% fresh farm-pressed Estonian apples. Bottle fermented for three years, it represents a dry, powerful expression shaped by long maturation and concentration.
The cider pours a clear golden colour with fine, long-lasting bubbles. Finished with a dosage of 12 g/l, it remains firmly in the Brut style while offering above-average body and depth.
The naturally formed mousse is elegant and persistent, complementing the intensity and structure of the palate. A long, layered finish reveals gentle apple skin bitterness, adding grip and freshness.
