Description
Magnum Extra Brut Vintage 2015 is a traditional (champagne) method cider produced by Jaanihanso in Estonia and bottled in magnum format. Fermented in bottle and aged on lees since January 2016, it was disgorged in 2025 after 9 years of maturation, with a final dosage of 5 g/l.

Method
Traditional (champagne) method with a second fermentation in bottle, following a primary fermentation carried out with wild yeast. Disgorged in 2025 after 9 years on lees.
Apples
Made from carefully selected Estonian apples, fermented to preserve freshness, balance, and varietal character.
Aging
Aged on lees for 9 years. The magnum format allows for slower, more even maturation, enhancing integration, texture, and balance.
