Description
Doux is a vintage, hand-crafted traditional (champagne) method cider produced by Jaanihanso in Estonia. Made from fresh farm-pressed juice of traditional Estonian apple varieties, it reflects both careful fruit selection and long, patient maturation in bottle.
Primary fermentation is carried out with wild yeast, followed by a second fermentation in bottle according to the traditional method. The cider is aged for at least 12 months before disgorgement and finished with a dosage of 40 g/l, resulting in a rounded, medium-sweet expression that remains balanced and fresh.

Doux — medium-sweet, rounded, and fruit-forward.
