This farm pressed and wild yeast fermented award winning vintage dry apple cider has been matured in French oak cognac casks before bottling. Unfiltered and bottle conditioned for subtle carbonation, hence the natural sediment on the bottom of the bottle.

Hand crafted natural, medium-dry cider fermented with wild yeast and dry-hopped with famous American Simcoe IPA hops. Unfiltered and bottle conditioned for natural carbonation. Flowery-fruity aroma is a perfect match for apple tartness.
