Description

Extra Brut Vintage 2018 – Traditional Method Cider (750 ml) is produced by Jaanihanso in Estonia using the traditional (champagne) method. Primary fermentation is carried out with wild yeast, followed by a second fermentation in bottle. Aged on lees since December 2019, this release represents the final bottles of the 2018 vintage in the 750 ml format.

Extra Brut — lightly dosed at 5 g/l, dry and precise in expression.

Traditional (champagne) method with a second fermentation in bottle, following a primary fermentation carried out with wild yeast. Disgorged after extended aging on lees.

Made exclusively from carefully selected Estonian apples.

Aged on lees since December 2019, allowing depth, integration, and fine mousse to develop over time.
